What are we?
What is the CRCN?
A network of people who shares experience and provide services such as:
An international circle of experienced, qualified and committed practitioners and consultants who apply the peer group quality assurance process by regularly evaluating each other’s work and assess each other’s competence and performance against agreed standards e.g. the Criterion Referenced Principles and the International Society for Performance Improvement Standards.
CRCN SUBSCRIBERS
ETD (Education-Training-Development) Practitioners, employed within organisations, who practice or share an interest in the approach and methodologies of "Criterion Referenced" or "Competency-based" or "Performance-based" or "Outcomes-based"
CRCN SUPPORTERS
Organisations and Individuals who understand and appreciate the value, potential and contribution to be made by the approach and who encourage governments, employers, employees, entrepreneurs, customers of providers and customers of educational institutions to actively utilise the approach.
CRCN PROVIDERS
ETD Service and Product Providers are business people recommended by CRCN Members, who make their services and products available to ETD Practitioners.
CRCN ASSOCIATES
Consultants who are qualified as "Criterion Referenced" or "Competency-based" or "Performance-based" or "Outcomes-based" Practitioners with a track record of success with the approach and who are owners of their business to be able to ensure quality of service and integrity of the approach applied within their organisation.
CRCN STRATEGIC PARTNERS
The CRCN provides resources and support to Partners Organisations who according to mutually accepted agreements prefer this approach to be part of the package they offer to their clients.
CRCN CLIENTS
Organisations involved in activities in sectors of society other than education-training-development but who are making use of the services of one or all of the CRCN member groups mentioned here to help their staff and themselves grow in success and personal development.
CRCN CO-ORDINATORS
CRC: Criterion Referenced Consulting (Pty) Ltd is the corporation who administers the CRCN supported by colleagues and friends since the mid 1970's. In each region of the world a CRCN Co-ordinator serves the CRCN Members in that area to provide current and area specific services.
